Autotech Training delivered a bespoke course tailored to the needs of the SMMT to enhance the association’s understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) as the transition towards these vehicles continues at pace.
The IMI accredited Level 1 electric/hybrid vehicle awareness course was delivered within SMMT’s London offices. This comprehensive training initiative raised awareness among SMMT staff about EVs, ensuring they could better advise stakeholders and the industry at large.
A cohort of 24 SMMT professionals, spanning pivotal departments including Data Intelligence, Public Policy, and Vehicle Legislation teams, reaped the benefits of Autotech Training's programme. Their primary objectives centred around deepening their comprehension of vehicle components and cutting-edge technologies, with a particular focus on the rapidly evolving landscape of electric vehicles.
