- An introduction to vehicle layouts
- An introduction to vehicle systems (Engines, Transmission, Steering, Suspension and Brakes, Electrics and EV/Hybrid vehicles)
- An overview of maintenance requirements and why we advise serviceable items at given intervals
- A look into common system issues and common causes to include questioning techniques
