Autotech Training has further strengthened its technical training team with the appointment of Glenn Burnham as Automotive Technical Field Trainer. With 25 years of experience spanning hands-on vehicle repair and advanced automotive development, Glenn brings a wealth of practical knowledge and R&D expertise to the growing team.

Glenn's journey in the motor industry began in local garages in Luton before advancing through roles at Ford and Peugeot main dealers in Dunstable and Milton Keynes, where he refined his mechanical skills. After more than a decade on the tools, he transitioned into research and development, contributing to significant engineering projects at Millbrook Proving Ground and later at Nissan’s Technical Centre. From testing engines, trucks, and buses to leading emissions and EV range validation teams, Glenn’s work has shaped the performance standards of modern vehicles.

Now the seventh member of the Autotech Training team and the third technical trainer to join, Glenn will support the delivery of a wide range of technical training courses, from IMI-accredited electric and hybrid vehicle qualifications to training in air-conditioning systems and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

These courses are delivered both at Autotech Training’s Milton Keynes headquarters and on the premises of any garage or business across the UK. In 2025 alone, Autotech Training’s technical team covered over 45 thousand miles to meet the training needs of businesses and garages nationwide.

Glenn’s appointment reinforces Autotech Training’s commitment to developing the next generation of vehicle technicians and equipping the aftermarket with the skills needed to service an evolving industry.
