Roadside Emergency Action Concerning Technicians (REACT) Training - Work Safely at the Roadside
The content of this accreditation has been designed to give the delegate the knowledge and skills required to work safely at the roadside whilst attending a breakdown situation. On passing our REACT Roadside Training course, you will be provided with an industry-recognised licence and offer peace of mind to employers and customers, understanding your awareness of safe working practices when attending roadside breakdowns.

REACT COURSE OVERVIEW
We’ll be going through the following subjects to ensure you’re properly trained for roadside breakdowns:
- Vehicle and equipment daily checks
- Pre-breakdown planning
- Approaching the breakdown
- Health & Safety precautions
- Motorway and non motorway procedures
- Emergency procedures and first aid

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
The course is suitable for anyone who attends breakdown situations on a live motorway, dual carriageways and trunk roads.
WHAT EXISITING KNOWLEDGE IS NEEDED?
The REACT course is aimed at heavy and light vehicle tyre technicians involved with working on the roadside and handling vehicle breakdowns. Whilst not essential, we recommend that candidates should have completed a course in heavy or light vehicle tyre fitting.
